CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Clients may reschedule their appointment or event one (1) time only, provided the request is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date and is subject to availability. Any additional rescheduling requests will be treated as a cancellation. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the total service fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. This policy applies regardless of reason.
